Nope. Posting on IHub is NOT covered by the First Amendment.

You say it is but then you say IHub rules have to be followed. The latter is correct.

Also, doing some FACT checking; there are no posts telling anyone to stop posting.

Facts matter, and while the First Amendment allows for freedom of speech, it doesn’t grant one the right to their own set of FACTS.

SRMX is toast, with no communication from Max, not Pink Current, only one product for sale with pathetic sales numbers, and no real prospects on the horizon. Wake up and look around. Nobody's coming to rescue SRMX any time soon, and the daily pumping/cheerleading/sycophant behavior is ridiculous.
