I remember that too. That definitely was strange. I've seen AS reduced before in an effort, presumably, to gain investor confidence - but reducing OS by 4 billion? I don't remember seeing that and then radio silence for over a year. We've all seen the big share buyback of Apple recently but that had a clear purpose.

They retired them because the state of the OTC back then and now is shit because of the 2021 CE. Every trip is getting cellar boxed for 3 years now
