Apologies for the delay. Reviewing my screenshots, at 8:55 am, SGD showed a 117.70% gain on TOS, while Webull and Etrade displayed 30.74%. I've observed this phenomenon consistently across Webull, Etrade, and Schwab, sometimes concurrently. I'm currently on hold with Schwab.I base my trading decisions on percentages, so it's crucial for me.
