CBDD Looking at the charts, I see accumulation still way up. We are seeing low volume take downs day in day day out and high percentage of the daily volume is being shorted as per OTC short report.

One of these days it won't be RED after a PR. I'm thinking since the OS is maxed out, we have a good chance of seeing it soon. They can't dilute into the news anymore.
