I agree. It is odd for a company seeking funding for their AMPA and OSA programs to be over a month late on a 10-k. Going to be hard raising any funds.

I go back to the CEO's recent interview discussing KRM-II-81 and the NIH trials. The suggestion the drug "just works", was both confident and genuine from my perspective. For as much positive press, research and publications concerning this epilepsy/pain candidate it is only logical BP would be interested in a deal at this point. From my DD, I am not sure how much more preclinical work is needed. It feels like this has to be close to handing the baton to BP with their resources to exploit this very promising progress in drug development down multiple paths for various pain and epilepsy indications.
