Yes the big money wants to kill off the entire r/m sector because they cannot gain the control over the share structure.

With TKVR I think there is a connection between this company and Byte-dance the parent company and owner of tick-tock except I have not found it yet. There may be a plan afoot to send it to EM purgatory, it would be in the 'expert market' and fat cats can buy all the shares up then bring it back current.

Byte-dance is a conglomerate with about 16 friggin arms going everywhere...
