yeah, I think he has been back now for six weeks or so...and I think the same thing he is tying up the merger deal...you have to believe that he had this along pretty far with what would be doled out to his top investors etc. he told me back in August that in three months time they would know if they were going forward with the merger and that within two months he would tell me if it wasn't going through...I never heard anything so I figure it is a GO! Just have to stay patient...he has kept the shell current which is for a good reason all imo

quarterlies due next week

the quarterly report last year came out of May 15th, that would be Wednesday of this week if he sticks to a similar schedule...fingers crossed that this is our week...seems there is some anticipation with the price per share fluctuation...if not then we go back down
