I guess what I was asking, and sorry if I'm ig'nant, but is it possible they just send the notice to him only and not post it publicly somewhere at the same time, thereby leaving it in his hands to disclose at a time of his choosing? I just don't know all those FINRA and EDGAR rules like all you guys seem to.
