Did you ask him why he screwed the shareholders over by issuing unlimited cashless warrants. It’s borderline criminal what this snakeoil salesman has done to its shareholders. I’ve sent numerous email and left voicemails with Brian and investors relations and have heard nothing back

Maybe ask them:

- The financing deal is very toxic (cashless warrants - very toxic from a dilution standpoint) The financials have also been delayed which is very concerning. Has the CEO addressed a plan to gain shareholder confidence? (Share price has dropped over 95% from $4.50 to .13)

- what is the current outstanding shares
- What will the final fully diluted outstanding shares and float be?
- how many more warrants do they think are remaining
- are they going to impose a floor price on any warrants going forward?
- any shelf-offerings or other offerings planned or in the works?
- how long will their current cash-on-hand fund operations?

These questions are very important to the shareholders. 😊
