I have not seen how many C shares are needed to convert into a single common share.

It is my belief that we are better off holding on to our C shares for a bigger payday versus converting to commons

BUT EVERYONE HAS TO DO WHAT THEY BELIEVE IS BEST FOR THEM.

I'm holding about 800K C shares across several accounts.
