I'm still reading through the 1A myself so I'm unsure. It sounds as though they are issuing these shares to serious investors at the moment. There's a lot of good information in there though.

Reverse split is a possibility. We need clarity from MGON directly. I wouldn't be jumping for joy here just yet.
