After watching the video I have to say I don’t think so.

I wonder if the company's difficulty raising capital is slowing down the process with exim?

For a project like ours what I got out of the explanation from the EXIM Lead , is offtakes and a large financial backer or Fortune 500 type entity. We have these requirements (assuming Stellantis)
