Smith told the Court what he understood the situation to be at the time. He recently told the Court, being honest, that he found after that what he understood had changed.

There is really is zero evidence that anything was tampered with. They were moving the documents to comply with the Judges order to review the documents that was later overturned by the appeals court. They were not in the process breaking into some locked room to tamper illegally with documents not authorized, like he stupidity spouts.

Bottom line , there is no evidence that Smith intentionally misled the court and purposely altered the documents.
