I never suggested that filing a Form 15 would put you on the Expert Market - why do you lie about what I post.

OK, big talk prove I posted that - I know far more about securities law than you do.

I have never seen a company file Form 15 and go dark and it ended well for the shareholders - the excuse is always the same-it is going to save money - but going through the process of filing again to become a SEC reporter will also be costly.
