that's not at all what happened. I suggest you read the court filing for yourself, stop reading "the daily caller" and listening to Fox news pundits. The OJ bloody glove theory is not going to work here but the bought and paid for judge is making sure this case doesn't go to trial before the election, if at all and eventually could cost her seat on the bench.
