First off what DD was done to make that statement?? None!! Secondly he's always supposed to do what's best for him first then the shareholders can benefit afterwards!! Someone has already addressed the fact that it doesn't have to go to expert market it just eases filing requirements!!

When a OTC company files a Form 15 and tells shareholders they are doing it to save money - don't believe it - because there are other reasons and none that are good for shareholders.
