Question on emoji's

If a poster is banned from posting on a particular board

That poster is also prevented from posting emoji's on that board

However

If that alias has not posted on a board

But slathers it with emoji's

Is there a procedure to manage that

Not a reply...it's you I want...If no one else is complaining about the "mouse hoover lag time" (sp)...then I will look at the pc...but...when I slide the arrow over one of my favorites I can easily count to 4-5 before it changes to a hand...and I'm the only one that has mentioned this?...I may be old but the black box is only 2!...Thanks...TGIF all!
