If this were a PRIVATE entity with the tech they have, and if they just completed a Final Round of Private funding, and are Just Now Going Public with 300 Million shares outstanding, people would jump at the chance to get in, but because they are Already public and Needed money (same difference) NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN IT'S A BAD DEAL!
