I believe that little amount will be easy to come by. As confidence in the long awaited "credible production timeline" grows, the cost of securing that kind of earnest money drops. No doubt past offers meant ceding control to a certain degree. Those days of needing to settle are gone. The price to be in the front of the line of DS customers grows by the week.
