It was suppose to be modest. So we went from modest to insane as far as dilution goes. When they did last PP they could have done 10 or 15 million at .65 and we wouldn't be in this position. 100 million at 10 friggin cents.
I did say something stinks. Just who was this investor that pulled out? Was he a new investor? Did the company approach them? Did they approach the company?
As far as them being to small, that's not a problem. If they pass testing with big guys and they have what they want , big guys will make it happen. So this talk about who is going to put in an order with them? I'm not concerned. Dilution is what concerns me, crazy, insane dilution.
