GUESS in a couple weeks when the Q1 gets posted we will see how much more they added to these totals from Year End to keep company afloat.

So the $500,000 worth of .12 subscriptions isn't considered dilution to you?
The $900,000 Pfd C shares at .12 isn't considered dilution?
The demand note of $1.4m, how's that getting paid back?
