Just because an organization is sued for defamation doesn’t mean they are guilty. Liberals thrive on filling law suits. Why do you think so many have been filed against Trump. Fortunately he has the financial means to fight them. Even then decisions about whether or not to settle are often based on economics. Is it cheaper to settle or continue fighting?
