Thank you Eli! A lot of effort on your part. Though I dislike RS, there can always be a “good reason “. Seems like Logan has big plans. Reducing the float (at this MC) would be a good time. And as I mentioned this week, the RS damage has been done. Now the fins this month will tell a lot.

I hope people understand he's going to do a R/S and then do an offering!! At this point you will be donating to charity!! He does deserve credit but this was to help him sleep at night!! He also did something we call CYA!!

Thank you - do we even know when the RS may take affect. Maybe he doesn’t plan on doing it for a while. i couldn’t perceive a clear cut time frame from his answers-I certainly can’t be critical since I didn’t submit any questions, but I wish somebody would’ve specifically asked when he planned on doing it now or down the road!!!! Question: What is the target share price once the R/S is done, and what is the projected timeframe for up-listing? (Dwayne-Saskatoon, Canada)
Response: · I will address the R/S projected price point, hopefully, at nine cents or better, depending on the price when R/S is effective. Depending on the requirements (audit, uplisting requirements, and meeting those said requirements), 18 to 24 months.
