When I entered my .10 gtc order to sell at scottrade, he told me nobody can borrow against these shares anyway since its a penny stock. So how is this stock shorted? Could not enter order on-line but they gave me the same internet rate on the phone! I'm with those of you who think this is going much higher in days and weeks to come!!!
