I don't know both father and son, have pretty substantial positions. Even though they were acquire through compensation, I still don't think they want to just give them away. With a RS!

Reverse/splits seldom ever turn out well, especially for OTC stonks. I keep holding hope for this one... been waiting quite a while for anything substantive.
