This is really really bad It does not give anybody the right to contest anything the government can do to you. All as they have to say is you dont meet a few of our regulations SBNY has Accountants file every paper and they were all removed by the FDIC and now the FDIC doesn't issue one single up to date filing meaning you are kicked off the exchange and go to their Gensler expert market.
