It was you the pointed out to us that the SEC would not acknowledged or deny if a company was under investigation.

It is a CRIME to misrepresent oneself self as a part of law enforcement agency in an attempt to obtain private information.

The poster you claim is doing DD , posted on these boards that he and his attorney posed as working with the SEC to investigate SNPW for fraud.

Who am I I am a shareholder who doesn’t appreciate having someone spread lies that may hinder my investment from a chance at success.

So what does this us about you. By your support a of a poster whom you yourself proved to be lying that HE KNOWS AN SEC investigation is ongoing.

Something YOU proved they wouldn’t tell him.

If certain posters wouldn't make up lies to try and slow down or stop the company maybe the company would go back to releasing what they were trying to accomplish.

There's no doubt the SEC has taken a glance here as when I called the field office in Boston there was zero surprise in their voice when I inquired about this alleged scheme.
