Good hearted but susceptible, maybe like some of our current college kids..........She had no idea how badly NV would take advantage of her till it was too late.......She took an awful lot of pics with the NV Army sending a very poor message...
The picture of her next to the Anti Aircraft Guns that shot down F4s and bombers was used relentlessly by the NV and here at home...
She screwed up but was good hearted, naive may best describe it.....of how her actions would be used and how they would be felt,,,she came to regret it....Good things can go too far
Not so unlike being seen as if you support Hamas or are anti-Semitic today ,,,,, supporting the Palestinian 'people' is a good thing, supporting an end to the Vietnam War was too....Being seen as supporting the Army your kids are being killed by wasn't appreciated by nearly anyone here. (Search NV images, they are really quite shocking)
