I would like to add that for the sake of fairness those who have so big value in their digital wallets that they feel a need to have the risk reduced by having more than ome of them should pay a fair fee for the extra digital wallets based on the cost of creating them. This should be paid in advance. Thereby this option would not affect other option holders or your organisation negatively in a financial way.
