$NLST We don’t know when the Nlst Micron mediation is to take place ,just that it has to be done by May 13.If I was Jason and Nlst I would have shot for this week.If I was Micron I would shoot for next week when Jason has BOC pre-trial May 6 and preparation for the upcoming Samsung BOC trial May 14. Only time will tell who won out on when the mediation took or takes place! I am prepared for any scenario that is soon to happen.Many possibilities of outcomes are on the table. I have found in my 69 years on this earth that things have a way of balancing out.Recently the scales have heavily weighed in the oppositions favor with the ptab rulings against Nlst .We are about to find out if the scales are going to tip the other way for Nlst.My bet is on Jason and Nlst with the help of Judge Gilstrap getting justice that is deserved !Soon we will have a Marshall jury decide whether the patents in the 294 case are valid and willfully infringed on, and what the damages are! Exciting times ahead!
