He’s a paid stock promoter so if they hired him to pump the stock it’s 99% this is just another stock fraud and the end is in sight .. the months of failure to deliver and missteps by a supposedly 7 billion dollar company and their counsel said there is and has been a concerted effort to drag this on and on have no plan to ever actually complete the needed work … I’m sure they in their silence have been drafting various and many reason why the merger won’t happen that will at some point dumped on shareholders .. too many lies .. to many excuses add up to fraud or incompetence.. pick your poison … on the other hand 😂 might just be a dumb ass lawyer and principals who don’t care how long it takes to actually happen ….
