It is still quite unclear to myself the process which a ticker can escape expert market. Since they cannot be quoted again until they have a sponsor through a form 211 filed with FINRA, prove that to OTCM and provide the necessary information to become pink current qualified again. It is obviously not an easy task since many tickers sit in expert currently. I am in quite a few myself, its a good way to grab cheap shares before they are put into expert but you need to know its not a day traders game etc. Waiting could be years+.
