Keep in mind; The 10-K Annual Report was due 90 days after YE, and
the NT was filed late, so even with the extension, the
Annual Report is way overdue !!!

Note; I'm still thinking it may have something to do
. . . with the JV with MjLink !!! - IMO

Hopefully, we get some clarity soon !!!

Annual - Late, is due 15 calendar days after the required due date which would have been April 15 (for the period ending 12/31/23).

It’s not from the date that LB filed…which was 4 days late on its own.

Will he pull the same stunt as WDLF?
