Just stick to facts, written material, PR's etc regarding your claim that NioCorp's applying to obtain an $800,00,000 low interest loan from EXIM and "signing of a Rare Earth Offtake Term Sheet" for REE's with Stellantis is "intentionally designed to destroy the share price".
