In my honest opinion, and just my opinion.

With the news as of late with the rescheduling, I think you see front loading going on with CBD/MJ 000s stocks. THere has been an uptick in a few other celler boxed stocks with no news to justify. So in my opinion I think it's front loading going on. Could see a potential spike in activity on twitter/x/stocktwits.

Besides the attorney letter and the quarterly updates, management hasn't released any news since last June/July 2023.

Could be a good play for a flip. But I certainly wouldn't marry it. Load and Hold for a quick 100%.
