Putz: I know the delisting is disappointing for you, but it made sense to me that it was an unnecessary expense to remain listed on the TSX given the very small percentage of trading in NB shares which was occurring on the TSX. I do not believe it was anything much more than that.
Someone, I forget who it was, suggested it was a matter of consolidating all the volume on the NASDAQ because there needs to be $500k shares transacted each of the 5 days leading up to the first of the month if they want to use shares to pay back Yorkville. I think that makes a lot of sense
