I read it somewhere. I know construction has begun. As for 8K, I read something a while back about the agreement. The project was $11M and change I believe. Don't feel like searching right now, but I'm thinking it was 2.8MW and $11M was for installing the 1 unit. That was after FCE contributed $5M from part of the previous JDA towards the project.
