Surely anyone who believes in the "passive scanner" story is following that board, and probably a shareholder there?

Or not, who knows.

Surely $DTII has better prospects & margins than $VXIT, and clearly better share-structure... if any of it's real that is.

Which is questionable, because today's news appears designed to dump shares there.
