Bob 1948: I didn't find it initially, just posted the link to make it easy for others here parousing the posts to find, that's all. As noted, "Ape-Boy" found it first, but as expected, he couldn't bring himself to mention NEOM's involvement w/ HP & Publicis with the "Mobile Codes Consortium".
