Why would a parent company ever want to hire on the ceo or president or whatever of its subsidiaries? Their responsibility is to run the subsidiary not the parent company.
Let’s say a parent company has many subsidiaries. Would the parent company hire on every ceo of each subsidiary? No of course not because it makes no sense.
