#168575 RE: Filterthenoise #168573

From the NT-10K (=excuse for not filing on time):

Rennova Health, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023 within the prescribed time period because the Company is still compiling information for the Form 10-K and its auditors have not completed their audit of the financial statements for the year then ended. The Company expects to file its Form 10-K on or prior to the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

Obviously they are now 2 weeks late (15+14 = Apr 29) after their promised late filing date.

Let's hope it isn't so, but I've seen such a breach of promise to file late turn into a never-file, which turned into a demotion to the Expert Market, which turned into an SEC revocation.
