I've seen that photo before. Spooky. But I suspect a little overlay and retouching.

It works for me. But the smaller image is better.

I like the car in the background and the mutilated coffee and hands. But it works. Is that AI? And was also called subliminal. But this uses contrast and our brains cancelling the color nerve cones where the b&w cones pick up an image.

Less light entering the eye the more the non color sensitive cones work. Try from open eyes and slowly close them. The small image works for me.
