I don't know what I just saw but my reaction would be the same as the chef's. He did mention that apple pie though and I'm going to try that one day.

There's no way that what she presented was the same thing that came out at the end, no way.

Like I said, I'm a huge fan of biscuits and sausage gravy and Xoie's original owner taught me how to make gravy with heavy cream and sausage and stuff... Biscuits are easy because we all can't make them from scratch so we poke the pillsbury doughboy when needed but WTAF? Just keep the eggs on the side and keep the cheese far out of it unless you're really going for a gut buster.
