Yet it there 3 others that followed were all filed by "CEO Paul Strickland" with his email and phone number (Florida phone# still used by Park).

Again I say, I've seen more than one instance wherein "new management" purports to have assumed control of a stock and all offices only for it to later turn out the transition had not well and truly happened. Old managements rarely give up their golden goose.
