When insider are buying stock it means ticker has positive impact and it will go much much higher. Recently 500M restricted shares increased which not dilution but good sign to increase the price.

Share structure Updated on 4.26.24 which increased 500M O/S with restricted shares. It is not dilution. These are inside transactions. Who owns these shares ?
