#81609 RE: I-Glow #81604

And typically for all these lawsuits associated with Park ...

Blox INC didn't show up or respond to the court proceedings.

Respondent Blox, Inc. (CIK No. 1428389; ticker: BLXX) (“Respondent”), an issuer with
a class of securities registered with the Commission, failed to file an answer in response to an
order instituting proceedings (“OIP”) alleging that it did not file required periodic reports.1

Respondent again failed to respond to an order to show cause why it should not be found in
default.2
We now find Respondent to be in default, deem the allegations of the OIP to be true,
and revoke the registrations of its securities.

I-Glow, this is absolutely not true, here is the fact...

Trying to say that Bloxcross has gotten in trouble with the SEC before is simply not true and is wrong. This is the company that JP3E/SPZI released in their PR that they had launched their Global Platform for Trade Finance with (notice the team of both and how they are different teams and companies):
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SPZI/news/story?e&id=2842646

Correct Company:
https://www.blox.global/
https://www.blox.global/#team

Incorrect Company that you are claiming:
https://www.bloxinc.com/
https://www.bloxinc.com/team

To add, I think it's common nature to see that her email is correct from this PR as it indicates below:
