IMO I feel the game playing is why we don't have more institutional ownership. Although It has been increasing and I was thrilled that Barclay's added last quarter

the game playing is being done by the mm's of the ones buying the stock, including the warrant holders.

mgmt was likely told, do not worry about the pps short term. If a deal was done, they will get the stock to that level when they want to. this is all to get retail shares and to get retail holders out. when was the last time you met a retail stock millionaire? Not very often because they usually buy at the tops and sell at the bottoms....
