IMHO, the merger news(in 8-Ks) and filings(10-Qs, 10-Ks)should come all together. It doesn't make sense if you only release merger news or financing package news, but no filings you still in expert market and most of our share holders still can't trade. Or if they only file the past due 10-Qs, 10-Ks and no real news, even we resume trading but the price won't change. Therefore, if they do want to reveal great stuff, there should be a bunch of news in 8-Ks and filings in 10-Qs. I agree that we could very possibly see news like symbol change or uplisting also. Fingers crossed. Let's hope that the floodgate will open very very soon. Go,PSPW !!!!!!
