This is the only form4 filling since 8/4/2014 to the SEC for both PVDG and VXIT.

Because it was a purchase JK filed it for show. Just part of the scam. A $10,000 purchase is a joke.Part of the BS purchase of 10 portals from DTII at a cost they say of $10,000. Which is really a loan made to DTII disguised as a purchase.

There is no inventory shown on VXTR'S Balance sheet a/o 2/29/2024 which is shown as a deposit on the SEC filing. Supposedly the portals were purchase well before that. NO inventory means they do not have the portals in possession and they have no sales..

Does anyone really believe JK hasn't sold millions of shares of VTXR or any other insider.
