Good info. Also, if you go back into the filings from when igpk was an SEC filer, they were missing docs but then deregistered in June 2023 and became a nonfiler. In order for any R/S to become approved, they would need to get up to date with SEC filings so that shares and funds can get tracked properly. I must add that given IGPK hasn't filled their 10-K 2022 and 10/-Q1 2023, before de-registration via Form 15-12G in June 2023, it is VERY unlikely that FINRA will process their reverse split

They'll likely have to fill the missing 10-K (which will require an audit for 2022)

We won’t know any official word on R/S until SOS is updated back to JFH, and then from there it’ll take some time for name change to occur, same with R/S due to lack of SEC filings
